At Pranjal Premium, we are committed to delivering premium-quality sarees and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Please read our exchange and replacement policy carefully before placing an order.
No Return & No Refund Policy
We currently do not offer returns or refunds on purchased products.
However, we do offer:
- Replacement for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Exchange Eligibility
Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product received is damaged
- The wrong product was delivered
- There is a manufacturing defect
To be eligible:
- The saree must be unused and unwashed
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- The item must not show signs of use, perfume, stains, or alterations
Exchange Process
To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share:
- Order number
- Clear product photos
- Unboxing video (mandatory for damaged/wrong item claims)
Once verified, our team will arrange a replacement or exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not offer exchange for:
- Minor colour variations due to lighting or screen settings
- Personal preference or change of mind
- Products altered after delivery
- Sarees with fall/pico or custom stitching completed
- Clearance or sale products
Replacement Availability
Replacement products are subject to stock availability. If the same product is unavailable, customers may choose:
- Another product of equal value
or - Store credit
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Important Note About Colours
Slight colour variations may occur due to:
- Studio lighting
- Photography
- Mobile/computer screen resolution
